Track Your Parcel in Real Time with Safiri

When you send a parcel, the biggest question is always the same: where is it now? Safiri gives you peace of mind by showing you exactly where your delivery is, from pickup all the way to final delivery or collection.

Whether your parcel is moving by rider, bus, flight, locker, or agent network, Safiri keeps both senders and receivers updated at every step.

What You Can See with Safiri Tracking

With Safiri tracking, you and your customer can:

  • Follow parcel movement live on a map
  • Receive delivery status updates as the parcel moves
  • See who collected the parcel at the end point
  • Get notified as soon as the parcel arrives or is ready for pickup

These updates are available through:

  • The Safiri app
  • The Safiri website
  • SMS notifications
  • WhatsApp updates

Types of Updates You’ll Receive

As your parcel moves, Safiri automatically updates its status so you always know what’s happening. For example, you may see:

  • Parcel pickup confirmed
  • Rider dispatched
  • Arrived at sorting center
  • In transit
  • Arrived at destination city
  • Out for delivery
  • Ready for pickup
  • Successfully delivered or collected

This means fewer “Where is my parcel?” calls, and more trust from your customers.

How to Track Your Parcel

1. Using the Safiri App

If you’re using the Safiri app:

  1. Open the Safiri app
  2. Go to “Deliveries”
  3. Select the parcel you want to track
  4. View live tracking and status updates

You’ll see the most recent activity and, where supported, live movement on the map.

2. Using the Safiri Website

If you don’t have the app or you’re tracking on behalf of a customer:

  1. Visit the Safiri website
  2. Enter the tracking number provided when the parcel was created
  3. View the latest status and journey history

This is especially useful for customers who just have a tracking link or code.

3. Via WhatsApp or SMS

In many cases, receivers don’t need to log in at all. They’ll automatically receive updates directly on their phone through:

  • WhatsApp messages
  • SMS notifications

This makes it easy for anyone to stay informed, even if they don’t use the Safiri app.
