Sending a Parcel
- Open the Safiri app or website.
- Choose a Safiri Locker near you.
- Book a locker slot for your parcel.
- Receive a confirmation with your QR code or access code.
- Go to the locker location.
- Scan your QR code or enter the access code on the screen.
- The locker door opens automatically.
- Place your parcel inside and close the door.
After that, a Safiri delivery partner picks up your parcel from the locker and transports it to its destination.
Receiving a Parcel
When someone sends a parcel to a Safiri Locker for you:
- You receive a QR code and access code on your phone.
- Visit the locker location shown in the app or message.
- Verify yourself by scanning the QR code or entering the access code.
- The locker door opens instantly.
- Collect your parcel and close the door.
No need to coordinate with a courier, and no risk of your parcel sitting outside your door.
